uubbd Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the uubbd platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and all its members ("you", "member"). By using any uubbd service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. Read this document carefully before you begin using the platform.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" means the uubbd website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" means any individual who has created a registered account on uubbd and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal profile created for each member, through which they access the platform.
• "Bonus" means additional incentive funds or benefits provided by us to members.
• "Wagering" means the requirement to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and related services provided by uubbd.

2.1 Age Requirement

uubbd services are available only to those aged 21 or above. No minor may create an account or use the platform. By registering, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.

We may request documents for age verification at any time. If verification shows that a member is a minor, their account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Legal Eligibility

By using the uubbd platform, you confirm that:

• You are a legally capable adult with the right to enter into a binding legal agreement.
• You are permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You are participating voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not a professional athlete, referee, or related official for whom betting is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or from the same household or device, is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts being closed and bonuses cancelled.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on uubbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect information is against our policy and may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify our support team immediately. The member bears full responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect information.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification

uubbd may request verification of a member's identity, address, or payment method at any time. Some services may be limited until verification is complete. This process is part of the platform's security and fraud prevention measures.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uubbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, accounts with major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank may be used.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. A withdrawal may be delayed for verification-related reasons. Withdrawal requests go through our review process and additional information may be requested if needed.

4.4 Withdrawal to the Correct Account

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not processed. This is to ensure the security of your funds.

4.5 Source of Funds

Members confirm that the funds they are using come from a legitimate source. They declare that the deposited funds are their own and are not connected to any unlawful activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on uubbd can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, a ৳8,000 deposit earns a maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applicable to the bonus amount only. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing bets totalling ৳22,500 (15 × ৳1,500).

5.3 Bonus Terms

All bonus offers have specific validity periods and conditions. Read the relevant terms carefully before accepting a bonus. uubbd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• Each member may receive a bonus only once.
• Wagering must be completed within the set period for using the bonus.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply.
• If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

uubbd's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6%, and Diamond up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher level depends on activity.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on uubbd are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has specific rules available through the game interface. In the event of a technical error, uubbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets are settled according to the determined match result. We reserve the right to suspend certain betting markets if an event is cancelled or under special circumstances. Odds in betting markets are subject to change, and the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final.

6.3 Live Gaming

Live casino games are conducted in real time. If a disconnection occurs, the result will be determined based on the position the game was in at that point. uubbd cannot guarantee compensation if a game is interrupted due to technical issues, but we always make efforts to resolve such incidents.

6.4 System Errors

If abnormal winnings or odds are displayed due to a software or hardware error, uubbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant transaction. Any amount obtained as a result of such an error will not be considered valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uubbd:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to artificially influence the game or betting system.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack the platform's algorithms or systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Money laundering or use of unlawful funds.
• Disturbing or harassing other members.

Violating these rules will result in the immediate permanent closure of the account and the associated funds may be forfeited. For serious violations, action may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

uubbd places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

uubbd provides gaming services for entertainment purposes. uubbd is not liable for any financial loss a member may incur as a result of using the platform.

• We do not guarantee any particular outcome in gaming.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• We are not liable for technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.
• Our liability is limited in cases of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, and similar events.

In any circumstance, uubbd's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member in the past 1 month.

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may contact our support team at any time to close your account. Any pending bets or payments will be processed before the account is closed. Funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules.

10.2 Suspension by Us

We may suspend an account temporarily or permanently for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Failure to provide requested documents on time.
• Suspicion of involvement in unlawful activity.

11.2 Resolution Process
